We are a surf school dedicated to helping anyone and everyone discover the joy of learning to surf. As the only surf school on the Central Coast with permits to teach lessons on both North Avoca and Terrigal beach, we have access to the best, most fun and safest waves in the area daily. Whether you’re a local Coastie, a visiting tourist or after a fun day trip from Sydney, we’ve got something for you. We are proudly affiliated with Surfing NSW and all of our instructors are fully accredited by Surfing Australia.

Institute of Froth offers private and group surf lessons for: kids from 5 years old, adults, families, couples and friends.

Our lessons are tailored to help you learn to surf at your own pace in a relaxed and safe environment with friendly and patient local instructors. The ultimate goal is to get our beginners standing, with a smile on their dial, frothing on the surf! For those with existing surf abilities, we would love to help you grow your confidence and take your skills to the next level.
